No Screen Shot available |
The main project that I am currently working on is a mailing list management script in PHP. The script will manage subscribers on multiple mailing lists so that newsletters or important notices can be sent to those that have signed up on a website. This script is based on one that someone else had done. I am reworking the basic functionality of the script to give more advanced features and greater ease of use.

These are two screenshots of different versions of the same basic site. The first one developed (the colorful one, on the bottom) was an experiment with a basic template enhanced with CSS. The second (more simple and plain one on the top) is the more likely candidate to go online; of which I had developed the logo for: ![]() This site's concept is to provide webmaster with a central hub of resources to help them develop their sites and business. The content of the site is based on educating webmasters about doing business online, offering the experience of others and support for doing business online. By educating webmasters on being successful online, the site will also describe and acquaint them with many of the various offerings available on the web for business. This site is not one that will offer a complete package of solutions for them, but will educate the visitors to make the best decisions for their online businesses. This site concept will use the subscriber opt-in program (that is described above). The search function (displayed on the bottom of the top screenshot) is currently being developed (this function is described next).

This is a screenshot of the search function that is being developed for websites. It will be capable of searching both the web and any given website. This search function will display the typical search results in the main column; and if available a second column will list resource sites, which are sites by experts and/or enthusiasts that provide link collections relevant to the search terms. The search results page will also offer alternate search suggestions to help narrow the search. This function will be made available to webmasters with a customizable search results page. (The terms of use is yet to be determined)
Projects on hold |

This site has been put on hold, due to poor timing for the event. This site was developed for a charity bike ride that was being planned; which, as of this point, has been postponed. The logo for this event was one that I developed:
![]() It is regretful that this project was put on hold, but I am optimistic that the time will come when it may be used. I look forward to the time when it may be used, or the concept may be used.

This is a site that was being developed to sell name-brand designer watches and sunglasses online. However, this site was conceptualized (and developed) before I learned PHP, therefore it is a very inefficient site written in HTML and JavaScript. I plan to revamp this site in PHP to automate many of the process that would have been very time consuming to do in HTML and JavaScript alone.

This site as been gradually developed over time, and hopefully will be able to launch soon. The content of the site is based on my Diablo II gaming experience. I am working on developing much of the scripting in JavaScript (as it will be hosted on a server that does not offer server-side scripting). This site is a rather fun one for me to develop for myself. It incorporates a JavaScript PayPal Shopping Cart, which needs further development for better functionality. Most of the images were taken from the game's interface and incorporated into the site (the images are used under their copyright terms of use) and all proper copyrights notices are described at the bottom of the page.

This screenshot is only one of several concepts for a website selling items retail online from select wholesalers. The array items that will be sold on the site will consist of pocket knives, hunting knives, swords and daggers; as well as any other similarly related sports items. This concept will be revisited for further development soon. When remaking this website, much effort will be put into simplifying and automating the site and it's administration.

This is the homepage that appears every-time I open a new browser window. It contains links to all the basic functions and sites that use most frequently. Also, information that is helpful to remember is displayed on this page. The tabs at the top of the page are elements in the header of a PHP template script. The script inserts the header and footer on the current page. Then the script finds the links to the locally hosted web-pages and replaces the links with one that will display the template on the linked page.

This page is my project page. It is a page scripted in PHP that displays all the files in the directories of my sites folder. It provides easy access to the links of all the projects that I am working on in a unique directory listing format. This site also has links to resources for programming in PHP, including the official PHP website and PHP help manuals.

This is another version of my homepage that I had developed. It had been conceptualized as a homepage for my business, but later turned into a personal homepage to the basic links that I used. This was later replaced with the current homepage that is described above. This is kept on hand for the ideas used in it that will assist in developing other pages, and will be used for developing a homepage for my business.

This is a site that was developed to help me keep track of my aquariums and the conditions of my aquariums. It was one of the first sites I developed. I never really made the habit of using it consistently, and it quickly became out-dated and irrelevant. However, if time permits me to go in this direction again; with my experience in PHP, I may develop a similar site that is easier to manage, track and have better features.

This was, I believe, the very first site I developed. It was a very graphics intense site, with images and image-maps for the method of navigating through the site. The site however, had very little useful content. To assist in the development of this site I used Adobe's PageMill program, which helped most of all for the image-map generation. |
